circa 1860, with browned 30 1/2in. barrels marked 'LONDON FINE TWIST' on the top-rib (rubbed), plain breech-blocks, plain long top-tang with shallow sighting groove, borderline engraved bar-action locks signed 'FENTON', walnut half-stock with refreshed chequering at wrist (small damage and repair at toe), iron furniture and heavy-duty brass-tipped wood ramrod, weight approx. 9lb. 12oz.
